Parmatech is one of the founding members of the newly established San Francisco Bay Lean Consortium. The consortium is a collaborative learning network of local companies committed to performance excellence and collaborative learning. The group is committed to improving performance through workforce engagement and relentless continuous improvement.
Parmatech hosted consortium members for the groups 3rd meeting. Members did a site visit followed by a roundtable discussion on Lean Leadership and coaching. Members that attended included representatives from Genentech, Kaiser Permanente, One Medical Group and Freetech Plastics .
